About

Brian Singler is a colorist and cinematographer at 90 Degrees West in St. Louis, Missouri. With an aesthetic for rich, moody imagery, he’s graded feature films ranging from Florence Henderson’s “Bad Grandmas” to commercial spots for SeaWorld, Enterprise, Dr. Scholl’s and others.

Brian began his career as a sports reporter and anchor in his homeland of Alaska and obtained a masters in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia before transitioning completely into commercial and narrative work.

For him, it’s all about that perfect look, whether it’s obsessing over every detail in the Resolve suite or shaping light and story on set. Brian is a huge believer in collaboration, pre-visualization, process and lots of plain-old hard work to deliver content that impacts a viewer’s emotion and perspective. And looks really awesome at the same time.
